This wedding was so incredibly special and unique with the fact that Vas is from Russia and Julia is from Ukraine. They met in the USA, got engaged in Paris and were married in Jamaica. There is no doubt this couple is up for an adventure as one of their favorite things to do together is travel the world. I love that! They had family and friends fly from ALL OVER THE WORLD to come and take part of their special day. Again I, along with Michael, feel HONORED that we got to be two of those lucky people to experience this beautiful occasion.

They released two doves right after they were pronounced husband and wife. I adore this shot of Julia trying to calm the dove.

Julia is also Jewish so they incorporated the breaking of the glass as well… cool huh???

As I shot a few photos of the newlyweds, Mikey got this shot that I think is hilarious of the flower girl. He is soooo good at capturing children and all of their wonderful emotions!

A night shot of the cocktail hour.
The storm that had previously passed right over us before the ceremony moved further down the beach and by this time you could see the lightning. I took this opportunity to attempt capturing it and I’m proud to say I did it!! Hollla!! I know most of you are toootttallly not impressed right now but I’m still going to show it off cause it’s my blog and I can! Ha!
