Whitney + Maxwell :: Wedding

They dated in high school. Remained best friends afterwards. Then he managed to win her heart over again and the rest is history. : ) I love stories like that of best friends marrying each other. His laid back-country boy-Southern charm personality is the perfect mix for her easy going-artsy-no stress-beautiful self. They compliment each other so well and I truly, truly enjoyed the time I spent with them at their engagement shoot and wedding. The day went off without a hitch. It was sunny, not too cold and the couple were so relaxed and ready to commit to each other forever. I absolutely adored every moment of this day and hope the photos only do it justice.

Whitney and Max, you guys ROCK. I know how much the photography meant to you for your wedding day and I am still just so honored I was able to be a part of it. I will forever be grateful to you both. xo

Okay, so like… all I have to say about this dress is: DROOL. OMG I loved it!

Guess what happened next….? YEP, you guessed it: their FIRST LOOK. : ) My favorite!! Best decision ever for your wedding day. Hands-down-no-lie-can’t-say-it-enough.

The sweetest moments and “looks” happen during a First Look.

This photo has Max written all over it. He couldn’t find his other black sock so he improvised with the next best thing: a santa sock. hahaha

We knocked ALL the bridal party photos out of the way because they did a First Look. We were able to get to the reception MUCH quicker because of this decision.

Married!!!

I LOVE this reception hall: Fleur De Lis Event Center. It’s very well set up and the stars in the ceiling truly give it a very magical feel. Definitely one of my favorite venues in this area and the staff was amazing.

Congrats to the happy and beautiful couple!!!
