She has been such an awesome person to know for so many reasons! She is one of the most beautiful people I know inside and out and I am lucky to call her my friend! I’ve shot her boudoir photos, her wedding photos (see the pictures here) and now her maternity photos! I’m totally honored when a client/friend asks me to photograph all the special moments and be a part of journeys in their life. It’s truly flattering. Below are a few of my favorites from the shoot.

Sarah, you’re completely gorgeous and radiant. You and Steffan are going to be amazing parents and I cannot wait to meet him!! Thank you so much for inviting me to document this special time in your lives!

She is getting married this May and asked me to shoot her bridal AND maternity photos. I loved it! Maternity is so much fun because I think a woman is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL when she is pregnant so I always have a lot of fun with those sessions. (I have another maternity shoot I will be blogging soon!) And then of course when a woman is all dressed up in her wedding gown she is STUNNING! So how could I not absolutely be in heaven with shooting both!

She is one of the sweetest people I have met– when she called me to tell me about wanting to have pictures made, she got teary-eyed telling me how her husband is in the military and she planned on sending them to him — which of course made me teary-eyed!! I think military wives are the bravest women out there. I truly admire their courage.
